- Full name, email, phone number during registration
- Bank account details and BVN for withdrawals and verification
- Business details if registered as a seller
- Profile photos and product images
- In-app chat messages
- Dispute evidence submissions
Information collected automatically:
- Device identifiers and push notification tokens
- IP address and approximate location (country/city)
- App usage data, session duration, feature interactions
- Transaction history and order activity
- Crash reports and performance diagnostics

- Account and wallet creation and management
- Payment processing, escrow holds, and fund releases
- Identity verification and fraud prevention
- Facilitating buyer-seller communication
- Transactional notifications

4. Escrow and Financial Data
All payments processed through Tradelink are handled via Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Tradelink does not store your card details. Bank information is encrypted at rest and used solely for withdrawal transfers.
5. Sharing Your Information
We share your data only with:
- Paystack — payment processing
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Expo / Firebase — push notifications
- Law enforcement — when legally required
- Other third parties — only with your explicit consent
Your bank account number is never shared with sellers.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Financial records are retained for up to 7 years in accordance with Nigerian regulations.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for sensitive fields, Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables, and regular security reviews.
8. Your Rights
Under Nigerian data protection law (NDPR), you have the right to:

- Request account and data deletion
- Withdraw consent at any time
